WELCOME BACK TO FAYETTEVILLE, THE OBEWI BAND!
SAE Presents: Full Circle—November Signature Night
Friday, November 6, 2026
Fayetteville, do you remember those SAE nights at the Train Depot? The music, the dancing, the familiar faces—and The OBEWI Band!
Well, we’re bringing them back!
Simply Awesome Entertainment proudly welcomes The OBEWI Band (pronounced O.B.Y.) back to Fayetteville for a special evening at SAE Hole in the Wall, inside the Coop at the Frozen Rooster.
OBEWI is part of SAE’s story. From our early jam sessions in Conyers to bringing live music to Fayetteville, this band helped us build memories and bring people together. On November 6, we’re coming full circle—welcoming back old friends, making room for new ones, and celebrating the music that connects us.
We’ll also share a special appreciation for Chico Joseph, OBEWI’s original drummer and lead male vocalist, and his place in that history.
Expect an evening of R&B, soul, funk, and old-school favorites, with drink specials, dancing, and plenty of good company. If you were there back then, come reconnect. If you’re joining us for the first time, come make some memories of your own!
