Explore the wide world of chicories and cider apples, alongside other unsung heroes of the winter table like quince, medlar, buckwheat, dry beans, hazelnuts, cabbage and dry farmed produce.  This joyful and educational culinary and cultural experience is like no other.

 

Taste your way through 35 tables curated by farmers, breeders, chefs, and makers from the Pacific Northwest and beyond. Twenty tables will feature unique fermented cider pairings highlighting different cider styles and apple varietals. 

 

Come to taste, learn, and celebrate the bounty of winter vegetables, fruits, legumes, nuts and grains.

Our mission is to create opportunities for stakeholders to engage with new vegetable and grain varieties, share feedback, and contribute to the development of flavorful, resilient crops that work well in organic farming systems.

The Northwest Cider Association brings together more than 300 cider industry professionals, orchardists, allied suppliers, and cider enthusiasts to celebrate and uplift the Northwest cider movement. The NWCA proudly nurtures a growing community of members in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana and British Columbia.
