If you were planning to catch us for Mardi Gras, sorry you missed it thanks to that absolutely terrible weather. Hopefully this one will be a banger!
For the St. Patrickβs celebration at Old Mill Farm, Iβm stepping a little outside my usual lane and bringing a proper fish fry to the farm. While fish & chips may be new territory for me as a pop-up, Iβve spent plenty of time in Louisiana learning the fine art of frying fish/seafood the right way.
Expect crispy, golden, hot-out-of-the-oil fish & chips served fresh during the event.
Each plate includes:
