Alright y’all… let’s try this again.
If you were planning to catch us for Mardi Gras, sorry you missed it thanks to that absolutely terrible weather. Hopefully this one will be a banger!
For the St. Patrick’s celebration at Old Mill Farm, I’m stepping a little outside my usual lane and bringing a proper fish fry to the farm. While fish & chips may be new territory for me as a pop-up, I’ve spent plenty of time in Louisiana learning the fine art of frying fish/seafood the right way.
Expect crispy, golden, hot-out-of-the-oil fish & chips served fresh during the event.
Each plate includes:
