Description
We are diving back into Sake with one of Nick's favourite Sake producers: Shichihonyari. We will be joined once-again by Mariko Tajiri who will help us unpack and understand these complex Sakes. We will also be joined by Tomita, their 15th-generation owner, who will show how sake brewers are evolving in to engage with drinkers around the world.
Shichihonyari means 'Seven Spears' is a Sake Brewery based in Shiga, Japan. Situated on the Northern Shore of the iconic Lake Biwa, their sakes have been featured in some of the world's best restaurants.
These Sakes are unique and will open your eyes to the heights of great Sake.
We will be tasting four glasses of Sake via Zoom.
There are two types of ticket available for purchase:
PICKUP
The wines will be ready for Pickup in our Wine Shop (373 Queen Street West, Toronto) from Saturday June 19 (11am - 8pm).
DELIVERY (ONTARIO)
We will deliver the wines to you via our courier service on or before Tuesday June 22 . Additional $12

All alcohol sales must be accompanied with food. Our delivery fee also includes a complimentary house made cookie.

Our delivery partner may request to see this ID at the time of delivery.
Liquor will not be sold or supplied to any person who is, or appears to be, intoxicated
