On Thursday, August 14th we will make our 10,000th sandwich and pack our 10,000th lunch bag!
Please come help us mark this significant milestone. Join us that evening for a light bite at 6:00PM, followed by sandwich-making at 6:30PM.
Karsh West is reviving a pre-existing Karsh/Wilshire (pre-Covid) program for our volunteers on the Westside. We now have a weekly program where we make 175 sandwiches/lunches on Thursdays, to be delivered to the People Concern on Fridays, and distributed to their clients on Saturdays. The more sandwich-makers, the merrier! Everyone is welcome. The hours are open-house style, at the Resnick Family Campus, so drop in as you are able and help spread the word!
