Families of four (with room for up to six guests) step into what seems like an ordinary elevator, only to be whisked away on a magical flight straight to the North Pole. Through enchanted windows, watch as snowy skies and twinkling lights guide your journey before the elevator lands right at Santa’s front door. As the doors open, Santa and Mrs. Claus are waiting in their cozy North Pole home, ready to welcome you inside. Here, every child gets a private moment to share their holiday wishes, pose for a keepsake photo with Santa, and experience the warmth of Christmas magic up close. When your visit is complete, the elevator whisks you back to Reindeer Acres—leaving you with cherished memories and a souvenir photo to treasure for years to come.
