Description
Southeastern Alpine Race Camp is dedicated to making Elite Level training opportunities available to youth racers in the Southeastern region of the U.S.. We provide a positive, supportive, and healthy training environment to our campers by modeling and teaching teamwork, mindfulness, and passion for the sport of skiing. Beyond just the technical and tactical skills in ski racing, we aim to teach commitment, independence, adaptability, determination, and self-awareness. The 2024 SARC Mt. Hood program will include 2 sessions. The first will be 5 days of on-snow training and one day trip to the Oregon Coast. The second session will consist of 6 days of training.
Southeastern Alpine Race Camp is committed to bringing elite-level training opportunities to young racers living in the Southeastern U.S. Our mission is to cultivate a positive, supportive, and healthy training environment, emphasizing values such as teamwork, mindfulness, and a deep passion for the sport of skiing. Beyond teaching technical and tactical skills in ski racing, our focus extends to instilling qualities like commitment, independence, adaptability, determination, and self-awareness.
In our 2024 SARC Mt. Hood program, we're offering two overnight-camp sessions. Athletes can sign up for either or both. The first session spans five days of intensive on-snow training, complemented by a day trip to the beautiful Oregon Coast. The second session extends over six days, providing an extended opportunity for dedicated training and skill refinement. Send your athlete to SARC to take their skiing to the next level, and to learn the skills of a well-rounded athlete, ready to conquer challenges on and off the snow.
