This immersive, experience-based session highlights the rich cuisine of the Serenissima, from delicate seafood dishes to fragrant risottos and sweet Venetian pastries. Guided by our expert instructor, you’ll taste, learn, and explore the history, ingredients, and techniques that make this region’s food so unique. Enjoy the sensory experience of sampling each dish while gaining cultural insights and inspiration to bring a taste of Venice and Northern Italy into your own kitchen.

What To Expect
- Instructor: No Thyme To Cook Lead Chef Instructor
- Length: Approximately 2 hours.
- Format: Experience: This is not a Hands-On Class. The Chef prepares and cooks the meal while you sit back and enjoy. Come with friends or family, mingle at your table, enjoy beverages, and relax in this restaurant-style evening.
- Location: Second floor - Please note that our second floor is ONLY accessible via stairs.
- Restrictions: Ages 16 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
All students will receive 10% off any scheduled public class(es) purchased that evening.
Experience Options
- General Admission: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class to enjoy cocktail hour at NTTC's fully-stocked bar.
