"The 'Something to Say' Showcase is back at a new venue (Rose City Guitar Company) and with a new format!
Each month showcases Portland artists across a diversity of genres who create music that expand the heart and illuminate the mind, all while fundraising for a local non-profit. For February, we are again raising money for the Portland Immigrant Rights Coalition (PIRC: https://pircoregon.org).
This month features:
Mental Stamina
Impe
Bad Black Zappa
Junglecorp
Aazy Isabel (of Flying Caravan)
New this month is each set will include a short interview section where I seek perspective from each artist on the theme. This month's theme is "Truth, Justice, & Reconciliation."
The showcase is Sunday 2/8 from 4-7pm. Tickets are $7 in advance and $12 at the door."
