The Brighton & Hove Food Partnership's Community Kitchen is a cookery school where everyone can cook, learn new skills and enjoy food with others. We want everyone to experience the benefits of cooking and eating together. By paying for a cookery class, you help other people to attend cookery activities, regardless of finance, confidence or ability, and to make lasting changes to their lives.

A chance for your child to learn classic baking skills while creating delicious treats this summer holiday.
We are back with our baking sessions this school holiday for the young cook in your life. This fun, hands-on workshop with Chef Cat is perfect for young aspiring chefs! Learn all the skills involved in creating delicious sweet scones and lemon thumbprint cookies.
The menu:
- Raisin scones with berry compote and clotted cream
- Lemon thumbprint cookies
Dietary requirements: The menu for this class is vegetarian and involves cooking with gluten. For any other dietary requirements or allergies, please contact us to discuss before booking.
