113 Queens RoadA chance for your child to learn classic cooking skills while creating delicious sushi this Summer Holiday.
Join Chef Jethro for a workshop exploring fun and creative styles of vegetarian sushi. After learning the techniques, they will have the chance to freestyle their own unique creations.
They will work in groups to make:
Onigiri (Japanese rice balls)
Onigirazu (sushi sandwiches)
Temari sushi (hand-shaped sushi balls)
Uramaki (inside-out rolls)

We want everyone to experience the benefits of cooking and eating together.
