Special Event Open Play — Pre-Registration Required
Due to increased guest volume on special event and high-traffic days, advance pre-registration is required for Open Play. This helps us manage capacity, reduce wait times, and keep the play environment safe and enjoyable for all families.
Walk-ins may not be admitted once capacity is reached.

Ages 0–6 months
• Free with a paying sibling
• $7 if attending alone
Ages 6 months (crawling) – 12 months
• $7
Ages 12 months & up
• $13 per child
• $10 per sibling

• No time restrictions — stay and play as long as you’d like during open hours
• Pre-registration required on busy/special event days
• Designed specifically for babies, toddlers, and young children
• Safe, clean, thoughtfully arranged play environment
📋 Open Play Rules & Guidelines
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review and follow our rules:
• Socks are required for all children
• A signed waiver is required before entering the play area
• Please do not bring sick children
• Older children must yield to younger children at all times
• Baby Area: Children 2 years and under only
• Food and drinks must remain in the back café area only
• No foul language or inappropriate conversations or behavior
• No hitting, pushing, or rough play
• Parents and caregivers must supervise their own children at all times
• Toys must remain in their designated areas or playhouses
• Please follow manufacturer guidelines for all toys and equipment
Failure to follow these rules may result in removal from the play area to maintain a safe environment for all guests.
