Description
Learn from our 12 years' experience growing lavender.
We like to say lavender is more like a cat than a dog! It likes your full attention and then to be left alone! Those who take the time, will reap the rewards. Grown as an ornamental, to keep mosquitoes away, as a part of your kitchen garden, or for medicinal use or crafts, there are a wide range of reasons to grow lavender.
This Workshop covers a lot of ground quickly, participants are encouraged to bring pictures of existing lavender plants, their yard, and where they would like to plant.
We teach lavender propagation methods that can also be used on other plants.
This is a private chance to visit the farm during hours we are closed to the public, class participants receive 10% off products on class day.
