Healing Day for SEEC Providers - 3 hours long! 2-5pm

Yoga, Techniques for de-stressing and mindfulness

Location: In-person, Bayer Farm (If it's smoky, we will transition to Zoom from 3-4 pm for Nicole's presentation)

Facilitators: Nicole Warwick from Daily Acts, Yoga, forest therapy walks, herbalist, free acupuncture

 

Flow of the Day:

2-3 pm: Nicole’s mindfulness presentation (55 minutes)

3-4 pm: stations with acupuncture, herbalist, yoga, forest therapy (50 minutes)

4-5 pm: Second rotation of healing stations (50 minutes)
