Description
Adventure into the beautiful September woods with us as we search for native seeds. As we hike, we’ll discuss seed ecology, dispersal, uses (both human and non-human), and the amazing world of biodiversity. You’ll get an up-close look at Reforest Our Future’s sustainable sourcing and philosophy, as well as our seed processing methods!
At the end of our workshop, you’ll take home your very own seeds to grow.
This event is free and open to people of all ages.
Please be aware that we may be hiking on terrain that is uneven, bumpy, or at an incline…but we will take our time, as there is a lot to see and look for. :)
