Join Us for an evening of intention.
Have you felt pulled in too many directions with no time for yourself? Do you need a way to release what is no longer serving you and set an intention for Spring? Do you feel stuck and do not know which way to head?
Yong Pratt will be helping set an intention, planting an actually seed in soil to bring home to symbolize what we want to bring into our lives this Spring Equinox. Ashley Nunez will be doing a guided breathwork session so we can let go of what no longer serves us and bring new life and energy into being our best self for this Spring. Tess King will close the ceremony with a sound meditation focused on clarity and bringing in new energy while letting go of negative and stagnant energy.
This event is for men and woman 14 years or older who is looking at trying new holistic modalities in their local area. These practices are non-medicinal and all you need is water, yoga mat, blanket, any items that make you comfortable and yourself. An open mind and heart is also a great way to prepare for the event.
