The Jasmine Journey Self Care Fair is an intimate wellness experience designed for women who are ready to slow down, learn, and prioritize their well-being. Instead of a large, overwhelming event, we are intentionally limiting this experience to just 20 attendees so every guest can relax, ask questions, and truly connect with our speakers.
Throughout the day you’ll hear from local wellness professionals sharing practical tools to support your physical, emotional, and mental health.
Topics Include:
• EMDR tapping for nervous system regulation (subject to change)
• Pelvic floor health for women
• Functional Medicine & Health optimization
• The benefits of Reiki and energy healing
• Salt therapy and respiratory wellness
• Skincare and healthy self-care routines
• The power of positive self-talk and realistic goal setting
• Guided stretch and posture reset
The event concludes with a 45-minute restorative sound bath, allowing you to integrate everything you’ve learned and leave feeling grounded and refreshed.
