Based in Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania, owner and founder Karen Paisley offers intuitive energy healing, sound healing, oracle card readings, group and private yoga instruction, as well as specialized classes and workshops. Her mission is to help motivated women face and transform any physical, mental, and spiritual blocks that prevent them from making peace with their authentic selves. In clearing the energetic clutter in their way, they will be able to step into their full and unique power and finally fix what needs fixing!
Description
Join me an all-levels virtual yoga practice and meditation that is suitable for beginners on up. This practice will help foster self-love and self-acceptance and will include yoga, meditation and sound healing.
Please make sure you have a few yoga props at your side, including:
- a yoga mat
- one or two yoga blocks (or even a stack of books!)
- one or two blankets
- a yoga strop (a belt or tie will work too)
- a pillow
Registration for this 75-minute online event is $15 per person.
Yoga & Sound Healing Liability Waiver Notice:
Please complete the online Yoga & Sound Healing Liability Waiver BEFORE the event. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation of your class booking without refund. If you have already completed a Liability Waiver for Crystalline Wellness, you do not need to submit a second one. However, it is your responsibility to inform me of any changes in your health history before participating in any classes.
