In this interactive class, we will take a deep dive into the smell and taste of coffee through isolated aromas, acids, fruits, and more. After breaking down the building blocks of what makes up coffee's flavor profile, the class will culminate in a cupping. Cupping is the industry standard method of brewing, tasting, and analyzing coffee quality. This class expands on our previous cupping classes and we are sure you will leave with the tools to better enjoy your morning brew.
