Take a moment to nourish both body and mind with our Sunday Sound Bath and Yoga Class. Join wellness instructor, Helene Polin, for a soothing 50-minute yoga session in our intimate Gallery space. This class is designed to help you stretch, relax, and reconnect with your body in a peaceful setting. Following the yoga practice, you'll be guided into a restorative sound bath, where the calming vibrations of healing instruments will deepen your relaxation and allow you to fully unwind. After the sound bath, stay and mingle with Helene and fellow attendees.
