Join us for an engaging 8-hour, in-person training led by a certified ServSafe® instructor. This course covers essential food safety principles and prepares you to take the ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification Exam—administered on-site at the end of the class. Certification is valid for 5 years and meets most state requirements for the Person in Charge (PIC).
