  • 10:45 AM – 12:45 PM: Live training continues
  • 12:45 PM – 1:15 PM: Lunch Break
  • 1:15 PM – 4:00 PM: Live training continues
  • Class ends at 4:00 PM (Open Q&A till 4:30 PM)

📝 After the Class - Ready for the Exam

After completing the course, you’ll be ready to take your exam proctored remotely through ProctorU. You’ll receive an email containing all the information and your product key for ProctorU.

Your course purchase includes the ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification exam administered by ProctorU. After registration, you’ll receive your ProctorU exam key and detailed instructions on how to schedule your exam. The exam will be taken online in a proctored format, and you can choose a convenient time.

ProctorU System Requirements:

  • Device: Laptop or desktop computer (tablets, Chromebooks, and mobile devices are not supported).
  • Internet: A stable, high-speed connection is required.
  • Equipment: A functional webcam and microphone are necessary for the proctored exam.

📝 Certification Exam Details

Your registration includes the ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification Exam administered by ProctorU.

  • Exam Format: 90 multiple-choice questions (80 scored, 10 pilot).
  • Duration: Approximately 2 hours.
  • Passing Score: A score of 70% (correctly answering at least 56 questions).
  • Languages Available: English, Spanish, and Chinese.
  • Certification Validity: 5 years. (Most States)

Our course is fully compliant with the 2022 FDA Food Code and meets the Certified Food Protection Manager requirements mandated by Section 2-102.12. Certification is valid in all 50 states, but we recommend verifying local regulations with your health department to ensure compliance.
