1010 Dale Street NorthThere are several methods to achieve a shaving edge and Instructor John Lunde will demonstrate a few of the most commonly used. Participants will learn the theory and practice of achieving and maintaining sharp tools for woodworking, become familiar with sharpening equipment, and get hands-on experience sharpening their tools.
* Bring in your own wood chisels and/or plane irons and get them truly sharp! Otherwise, you're welcome to practice on some of the chisels and irons in MTL inventory.

With 15 years experience as a professional furniture maker and a manager of an architectural woodworking shop, John is excited to share his skills and pass along his knowledge to the MTL community.
