Description
Immerse yourself in nature during our guided Shinrin-Yoku & Cacao Ceremony. This mindful experience will begin with a guided meditation, helping you ground yourself in the present moment. We will then share in a heart-opening cacao ceremony, embracing the warmth and intention of this ancient tradition.
Following the ceremony, you will have the choice to walk the park solo or with the group, allowing the peaceful surroundings to deepen your experience. We will conclude with a group reflection, sharing insights and gratitude from our time together.
