Participants must be age 18 or older.
In both Jewish tradition and the practice of yoga, there’s a shared emphasis on regarding the body as a sacred vessel that holds the essence of our spirituality. Yoga balances and enhances our flexibility and strength and also facilitates introspection and spiritual development. Experience a yoga class that accentuates the nurturing of the body, mind and soul from a Jewish perspective with Sharon Epstein, co-founder of Lev Shalem Yoga.
