Step back in time at The Indiana Theater downtown for a special live performance of the Shop around the Corner Radio Show. Co-sponsored by the Jimmy Stewart Museum
Designed to look and feel like a live recording of a radio show from the 1940s, this performance stars Brian Cohan in the lead role, with local actors in the supporting roles.
The plot of The Shop Around the Corner radio play is about a group of people who work in a shop around the corner and experience romance, nostalgia, and holiday cheer. The story is about a boy who meets a girl, the girl hates the boy, the boy tricks the girl, and they eventually fall in love.
