Get ready to tap into your playful side and rediscover a childhood classic, with a stylish twist. In this fun, hands-on workshop, artist TaraMae will guide you through turning Shrinky Dink plastic into a pair of unique, wearable earrings.
You’ll start by designing your own shapes, patterns, or tiny illustrations, then watch the magic happen as your creations shrink and transform in the oven into sturdy, lightweight charms. TaraMae will walk you through each step. from drawing and coloring to baking and assembling, so you can turn your designs into a finished pair of earrings ready to wear home.
Whether you go bold and colorful, delicate and whimsical, or a little weird (we love weird), this class is all about experimenting and having fun with the creative process.
No experience is needed, just bring your imagination and enjoy a relaxed evening making art alongside fellow makers.
All materials and tools are included. You’ll leave with your own handmade pair of Shrinky Dink earrings.
