Big adventures for young heroes — no experience needed!
Join us at the historic Ozark Mountain Smokehouse for Sidequests, a beginner-friendly Dungeons & Dragons event designed especially for kids in Grades 3–10.
Led by expert Dungeon Masters and Ozark Dice & Destiny co-founders Evan McDonald and Christopher Spencer, Sidequests offers two original and linked quests where young players solve mysteries, meet whimsical creatures and work as a team to become heroes.
You can attend both sessions or drop-in for a three-hour one shot.
🌟 Planned Quests:
Sap and Shadow (Grades 5-10) by DM Christopher
The woods are weeping magic and the shadows are growing... Can your adventurer uncover the truth and save the village?
Christopher is a former journalist and higher education storyteller.
Thieves Among the Stars (Grades 3-10) by DM Evan
You and your team have spent years building your reputation on the Rock of Bral as some of the best thieves to ever crew a Spelljammer. Now you’ve been hired for the biggest, most dangerous job of all: sneak into the biggest party of the year, the Entertainers Guild Awards, and steal the famous Best Performance Award statue! Make it out without being detected and evade the evil Space Clowns who want the award for themselves!
Evan runs the Washington Elementary D&D After School Club, 2022-present; and founded the O.D.D. D&D Summer Camp, 2023-present.
