Enjoy our most immersive and personal offering — the Signature Experience. Led by a Wine Ambassador (often a member of our family), this private tour begins with a full glass of wine of your choice. You’ll then explore the rich history of our property, family, vineyards, and historic structures while learning about our winemaking and brewing practices.

The tour includes an inside look at our production facilities and brewery, with the opportunity to taste wine and beer straight from the tanks (when available). Lasting approximately one hour, this interactive experience is paced to your group’s questions and curiosity, delivering a truly memorable and in-depth look at Hillsborough Winery & Brewery.
