Sip & Chip -A Farm Dinner Celebrating Potatoes, Wine & Local Agriculture
A playful twist on classic wine pairings—rooted in generations of farming tradition.
The Parker family has been growing potatoes in Elkton for generations, and Sip & Chip is our way of celebrating that heritage in a fresh, unexpected way.
Join us for a multi-course dinner in the flower fields, where Chef Paul Brock will reimagine the humble potato throughout the menu while showcasing ingredients sourced from local farms and producers. Each course will celebrate the flavors of our area and the agricultural community that has shaped it for generations.
Thoughtfully selected wines from The Tasting Tours will be paired with each course and served from the charming Dragonfly Spirits Co. mobile bar. Guests will also have time to wander the flower fields and take home a bouquet of fresh blooms from the farm.
Sip & Chip brings together family history, local agriculture, incredible food and wine, and flowers for an evening that celebrates where we come from—and the farmers and producers continuing that tradition today.

Dinner begins promptly: 5:30 PM
Tickets: $115 per person
Seating: Limited for an intimate, chef-led farm dinner
Your ticket includes the full multi-course dinner, accompanying wine pairings, admission to the flower fields, and a bouquet of fresh flowers to take home.
Additional Information
Age Requirement: All guests must be 21+.
Footwear: We recommend comfortable flats or sturdy shoes. This is a working farm, and walking areas are grass and may be uneven.
Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions: Please email info@parkerflowerfarms.com in advance with any allergies or dietary restrictions so we can determine how best to accommodate you.
Weather: This event takes place outdoors on the farm. Please dress accordingly. If weather requires us to cancel the dinner, ticket holders will be notified as soon as possible and the event will be rescheduled for Friday, October 30. If you are unable to attend the makeup date, your ticket will be refunded.
Parking: Complimentary on-site parking is available. Carpooling or rideshare is encouraged if you plan to enjoy the wine pairings.
Cancellation Policy: Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable. If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to give your ticket to a friend.
