Join us for a beautiful summer evening on the farm! We are throwing a unique, hands-on culinary event to support EUREKA! and CSU’s Dig In! Program, which provides crucial agricultural, food production, and nutrition education to K-12 students in our community.
Nestled in the heart of Orchard Mesa at CSU's working 80-acre research farm, you'll get a firsthand look at where local agricultural science happens.
What’s Included in Your Ticket:
Harvest Your Own Ingredients: Walk through the vibrant educational gardens to hand-pick fresh herbs, peppers, and tomatoes to use in your dish (and take some home with you!).
Cooking Masterclass: Learn the art of rolling delicious, fresh spring rolls with hands-on instruction from the experts at Pali Thai.
Wine Pairing: Enjoy a complimentary glass of locally crafted white wine, generously donated by The Ordinary Fellow, perfectly paired with your fresh culinary creation.
