Sips of Spring (21+)
March 22, 2026
1-3 pm
Step into the garden and sip your way through spring in this 21+, hands-on mixology workshop inspired by flowers in full bloom. As the garden awakens, you’ll learn how to craft a trio of signature cocktails that celebrate the fresh, fragrant flavors of the season using three spirits. Each drink is designed to feel like a stroll through a spring garden—bright, floral, and full of life.
Your guide for the evening is Hunter Coleman, bar manager at Bari Ristorante and Director of Mixology and Product Development at Waymar Gin House, who will share techniques for balancing aromatics, color, and flavor in garden-inspired drinks.
Perfect for spring celebrations, garden parties, or anyone who loves a little romance in their glass, this workshop invites you to slow down, sip, and savor the season. We encourage you to bring your own charcuterie or snacks; small bites will be made available at the event as well.
Each ticket includes ingredients for three signature cocktails, expert instruction from Hunter Coleman, and a take-home guide to recreate your beverages. Please have a valid ID ready upon arrival to the Garden.
Your cocktail menu:
The Sakura Sour - A cherry blossom cordial with Waymar gin and finished with a touch of lemon juice
The Tulip Spritz - Unique flavors of lemon oleo saccharum, elderflower liqueur and Waymar gin, topped with prosecco
The Peach Cobbler - A roasted peach syrup base with lemon and Waymar gin, ending with a splash of soda
