- Ladies, it’s time to get away! Join us for a weekend designed to refresh your soul and recharge your spirit. We’re blending powerful worship and biblical teaching with intentional time for reflection.
Looking for some fun? We’ll have Pickleball and bunko, board games, cards. Do you have a favorite? Bring it along. Come rest in His presence and connect with other women in a fun relaxed environment.
- Registration is $195 and includes lodging with linens, all meals, activities, retreat sessions, and meaningful fellowship. Registration starts at 4pm on Friday with dinner at 6pm. The weekend will wrap up Sunday at 10am with a departure by 11am. The deadline to register is April 10.
- The retreat will be held at Clearwater Cove (https://clearwatercove.younglife.org), a premier camp nestled in the Ozark Mountains along the beautiful shores of Table Rock Lake.
Weekend Activities Overview:
On Friday, arrivals are expected between 4:00 and 6:00 PM, followed by dinner from 6:00 to 7:00 PM. After dinner, you’ll have some time to settle into your lodge before the evening session starts at 7:00 PM. During this session, Diane and Marty will introduce one another, the planning team, and our kitchen support partners. The weekend’s theme, “How our thinking affects our prayer life,” will also be introduced. The night will conclude with an opportunity to reconnect with old friends and meet new ones.
Saturday:
We’ll start the day with breakfast, then move into worship and our morning session, followed by small group discussions at your tables to further explore the session’s ideas. Before lunch, there will be free time for walks, personal devotions, and fellowship.
After lunch, we’ll gather again for worship and the afternoon session, with another round of small group discussions to deepen the application of what we’ve learned. Before dinner, you’ll have another break for walks, pickleball, personal devotion, and spending time with others.
In the evening, the lodge will be set up for board games—bring your favorite if you’d like! This is a chance to unwind, have fun, and enjoy each other’s company in a relaxed setting.
Sunday:
After breakfast, we’ll have worship, a closing session, and a final small group discussion focused on planning your first steps for applying what you’ve learned throughout the weekend. Often, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed after retreats and end up doing nothing with all the information gained. On Sunday, you’ll leave with a practical game plan and perhaps some new accountability partners.
One goal of this weekend is to have women from multiple churches around our area attend this retreat. There is a great deal of power in Christian women forming relationships with Kingdom aims in mind. We are praying for new friendships and renewed spiritual purpose.
