On Ice classes explore Douglas Webster's Skate 360 skating skills: understanding a 360 degree way of moving on ice
Off Ice classes expand on the on ice concepts and explore the concepts of Laban Movement Analysis and how they relate to our development in all aspects of skating: Body, Effort, Shape and Space.
Alina Ponomarova will divide the on ice classes into the specific groups.
