Philly Sketchfest was created in 2008 to celebrate sketch comedy in the City of Brotherly Love. Over the years, Philly Sketchfest has brought some of the best sketch comedians to Philadelphia. In addition to live shows, Philly Sketchfest also produces a podcast, My First Sketch, hosted by Josh Higham, available wherever you get your podcasts.
Description
Sketch Ball provides a place for sketch comedians to perform with a new team, a new act, or a new audience.
Performing since 2008, High Dramma is a 100% independent sketch comedy troupe that seeks to combine traditional sketch comedy with elements of musical, dance, pantomime, all intertwined between live music provided by a mad ukulele player, into a whirlwind of high-minded vulgarity and low-brow sophistication.
Fresh from the jaws of public transit in the City of Brotherly Love, it’s SEPTAR, Philadelphia's newest sketch comedy troupe! They’re an eclectic mix of writers, comedians, and performers who are delighted to be taking you on a train ride of side-splitting vignettes tackling everything from gourmet seafood to 90’s boy bands. Follow @septar_sketch on Instagram to claim some major clout by discovering them at the beginning of their journey.
Grab a drink at Quig's before (or after) the show, right next to Skinner Studio.
