Join me for an amazing Slow Flow Yoga Class designed with physical, mental & emotional wellness in mind! After 18 years of teaching yoga & meditation I have brought the best of what I offer to help people get stronger, more flexible, heal on multiple levels and leave class each week feeling refreshed and ready to take on their week.
You see, yoga is never just about the physical poses - it's about unifying body, breath, and mind to create a synergy that has profound and lasting effects on improving one's life. And although our class is based around the physical practices, I will be guiding them in a way that is gentle and beautiful, yet effective for gaining strength and flexibility.
This will be a small class, just 5 students, allowing me to better tune into the needs of each individual. In each 60-minute session, we'll move through a mindful flow, focusing on breath, body, and mind. Each class will also provide some form of guided meditation to unify our practice. Optional essential oils and soothing grounding touch during savasana will deepen your relaxation.
