SnowDays 2026: Barn Dancing at Weekend of Wonder!

  • January 22 - 23, 2026
  • Bear Street

    Banff, Alberta
Description

An all-ages, western themed family-friendly dance led by an experienced caller, Elliott Dillabough, with live band music performed by the Hip to be Square Collective. No partner or prior experience is needed—every move is taught on the spot. Dances draw from traditional Canadian repertoire, creating an inclusive way to connect and celebrate Alberta’s barn dance tradition. Each night will feature different dances.

Please join us at either the 7:00pm or 8:00pm session.

You must reserve tickets for all members of your party, other than children 2 years old and under. There is no group ticket option.

While the barn dance takes place in a tent,  SnowDays Festival is an outdoor winter event, so please dress appropriately for cold weather.

Please note, there is no parking at Bear Street Lot. Guests can park at the Train Station (8-minute walk to Bear Street Lot) or use the Town of Banff website to locate other parking locations.
