Sessions will be held on:
14th October - Pick up a fencing foil and try out Fencing!
21st October & 4th November - Learn ways to centre your mind & create focus towards the areas of life that you want it to be in a Yoga session with Lone Wolf Vision.
Social Thursdays are suitable for those aged 12/13+.
