Description

Come and view our closest star and learn about sunspots, prominences, flares and more. We observe with both visible light and radio telescopes. This is a free event, but pre-registration via SimpleTix is appreciated.

The Robert Ferguson Observatory requires proof of Covid vaccination or a negative Covid test (completed within 48 hours) for all of our events. This policy does not apply to children. Proof can be in the form of a vaccination card or a picture of one. Please be advised that there is no cell service up at Sugarloaf so please make sure you don’t need to get online to an app or website in order to show proof. Thank you in advance for abiding to these policies and keeping our volunteers and visitors safe!
