💛 Solar Plexus Chakra Yin Yoga 💛

✨ Join Yoga Instructor Kya Blount for a relaxing Yin Yoga session. This is not a high intensity Yoga class, you can expect slow, gentle postures designed for restoration & deep somatic releasing. In addition, you can expect weaved in intention, affirmations & energy work designed to connect to this Chakra more intimately.
💛 The Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura in Sanskrit) is an energy center in the subtle body that governs our the ego, personal empowerment & confidence. It is connected to willpower & self esteem. When out of balanced or blocked, this can create a lack of boundaries, low energy levels, a need for control, & arrogance.
✨ Yoga Mats & Blocks will be provided, however, if you would like to bring your own or if you would like to bring extra props such as pillows, towels or blankets for additional support, both are acceptable.
