J. Coursey Willis weaves original songs together with live excerpts from his unfinished book, Stories of the Island’s Son, as it exists right now.

This is an intimate, stripped-down night that lives somewhere between MTV Unplugged and VH1 Storytellers. Darker. More personal. Rooted in real memory.
Joining him on stage are members of the multi-platinum band Candlebox, bringing decades of weight and presence into the room. Shared songs. Shared moments. No distance between the stage and the truth.
The Chesapeake Sons open the night. A Maryland-rooted band of brothers whose sound and presence ground the room before the story deepens.

Each night offers 120 total seats with two seating options:
High Top & Low Top Table Seating
• 80 total table seats available
• 40 high top seats and 40 low top seats
• Circle high top tables line the walls
• Square low top tables are the next row in
• $40 per seat
• All table seating is shared with other guests
Seats are sold individually. Tables are not sold as a group.
To reserve an entire table, purchase all seats at that table.

Cult Cult Classic Brewing is a brewery and taproom on Kent Island, MD — just 15 minutes from Annapolis, and convenient to DC and Baltimore. Our taproom features one of the longest bars in Maryland! For beer lovers, we have sixteen taps featuring beers that are expertly brewed on site. For the rest of you, we have wine, cocktails, and a variety of soft drinks, Our live music room can also be rented for private events.
