14624 Solomons Island Road SouthJoin certified instructor Jonna Jones on the beach for an engaging hour of all-levels yoga class where we will coordinate the breath and the body to build strength, increase flexibility, and improve balance. Yoga benefits both mind and body, helping to release the old and emboldening you to rise in confidence. It will be followed by food prepared by No Thyme To Cook Chefs, (menu coming soon), as well as a complimentary glass of wine, beer, or iced tea.
