Join us Wednesday, July 27th for a special Sound Bath in the Garden @ Tweefontein Herb Farm with Deep Space from 7-8 PM!
More than just a sound bath, this is an immersive, multi-sensory experience. Part molecular
massage part soundscape, John and Billy use an array of instruments to create an undulating, dynamic sound experience. This gives an opportunity for the vibrations to holistically activate the cellular structure.
Didgeridoos and gongs shift the session to a more elemental level. The earthy tones of the didgeridoo accompanied with the deep space sounds of the gong are expansive. John and Billy’s sessions have been described as “astral journeys”. The wide vibrational range of the instruments enable John’s sessions to be quite tailored. The goal of these sound baths is to leave feeling healthy, rejuvenated, and whole. In addition to the didgeridoo and the guitar, John uses plays djembe’s, gong’s, flute’s, khomus, Tibetan singing bowls, shruti box and tuning forks to create their soundscapes.
This sound bath is experienced laying down out by our garden, so please bring a yoga mat or blanket and whatever you need to be comfortable.
At 6 PM we will have some yummy herbal drinks for sale, and we will keep the shop open if you would like to get a crystal for the sound journey, so be sure to come early to settle in!
