Sound healing has been around since ancient times as people have always believed in the power of sound vibrations to heal the mind, body, and soul. At the beginning of the sound bath April will invite you to set a healing intention for yourself or to simply relax and enjoy as she offers you healing vibrations. Several instruments will be used including Himalayan bowls, crystal singing bowls, a drum, shakers, a rainstick, and gongs.
