Join us for an evening of boutique shopping and a relaxing sound bath. 

Shopping will be from 6pm to 7:20pm. Then everyone will get settled into their cozy spot to enjoy a lovely relaxing sound bath. Please bring a blanket/yoga mat, pillow or anything to make yourself comfortable for the sound bath. We look forward to see you there!

Sound Healing with April

Sound healing has been around since ancient times as people have always believed in the power of sound vibrations to heal the mind, body, and soul. At the beginning of the sound bath April will invite you to set a healing intention for yourself or to simply relax and enjoy as she offers you healing vibrations. Several instruments will be used including Himalayan bowls, crystal singing bowls, a drum, shakers, a rainstick, and gongs.

***Please bring a yoga mat, blanket(s), and pillow to make yourself a cozy nest for the sound bath***
