Description

Sound meditation series with The Empty Space

Sundays in the Dance Barn on May 24 & 31, June 7, July 5, 12, 19, 26, August 2 & 9.

Time: 9:30 am-10:45 am (75 minute class)

COST: $20 per class

Class Description: Join Anna and Alex of The Empty Space for a weekly immersive sound meditation class, designed to awaken your inner stillness and expand your capacity to listen, both inwardly and outwardly. This 75-minute session weaves together breathwork, gentle vocalization, and resonant sound to help you regulate the nervous system and drop into deeper states of presence.

We begin with guided breathwork to clear stagnant energy and ground the body, followed by simple vocal toning practices that invite you to explore the healing vibration of your own voice. As your body softens and your awareness opens, we invite you to participate in active listening to the rich, meditative tones of singing bowls, chimes, and other harmonic instruments.

This is a space to let go, to attune, and to receive.

Please bring a yoga mat.
