Offered Mondays from 6-9pm 

Learn the fundamentals of sourdough baking in this hands-on, beginner-friendly class at Tractor Shed Café. We will walk you through the entire process, including:

  • How to feed and maintain a starter
  • How to divide and prepare it for baking
  • How to start your own loaf from scratch
  • How to bake sourdough successfully at home

You will leave class with:

  • Your own sourdough starter in a glass jar
  • A ready-to-bake loaf to finish at home

Please bring:

  • An apron
  • A 4-qt mixing bowl
  • A clean dish towel to cover your dough

Advanced sourdough classes are coming in April and will focus on incorporating flavorful add-ins like pesto, parmesan, garlic, feta, and sundried tomatoes.
