-Baking Methods
-A simple, beginner—friendly sourdough schedule to keep you in fresh bread as often as you’d like
-Introduction to discard recipes
General admission ticket includes a sourdough starter to take home!
Admission plus Beginner Kit includes a sourdough starter to take home, two boule proofing baskets, and a bread lame with blade.
*hands on event. adults only, please. Includes light refreshments and, of course, bread!
