Vendor Tables (All table prices are for the full three-day event. Tables are not sold by individual day.)

• $200 REGULAR TABLE (Green tables)  1 (8ft) table with black tablecloth, 1 chair, & WIFI

• $250 PREMIUM TABLE (Blue tables)  1 (8ft) table with black tablecloth, 1 chair, & WIFI *Prime Location

• $350 SUPERSIZED TABLE (Red tables)  1 (8ft) table + 1 (6ft) table with black tablecloths, 1 chair, & WIFI. (Supersized spaces are located at the entrance/exit end of each vendor pod, as shown on the floor plan.)

Vendors :  Vendors select their table location during registration on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a table location has been selected and registration completed, table locations are final and cannot be changed or transferred without promoter approval. Each vendor registration includes up to two (2) dealer wristbands. Vendor parking passes are limited by the S.C. State Fairgrounds and are subject to availability, with a maximum of two (2) passes per vendor registration. If you have someone setting up/coming to help you and coming later, it will be cheaper for them to pay the daily parking fee. Wristbands MUST stay on for the duration of the show. If you remove your wristband, you must bring it to registration for a replacement. If you don't have your wristband, you will be required to purchase a new one for $20.

The show entrance is located to the right of the restrooms shown on the floor plan. The autograph area will be located at the rear of the show, opposite the main entrance.

• 9am - 10am - VIP Early Access

Sunday, January 31, 2027

• 8am -Vendor/Dealer set up

• 9am - 10am - VIP Early Access

• 10am - 4pm - General Admission

• 4pm - Show ends - Dealer move out 

 

By registering for and submitting payment through the South Carolina Card Show SimpleTix registration, the undersigned dealer agrees to the following terms and conditions set forth by the South Carolina Card Show.

• Dealer agrees to rent exhibition space/tables at the South Carolina Card Show, a three (3) day event, scheduled for January 29-31, 2027  at the South Carolina State Fairgrounds.  All table reservations are made exclusively online and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

• Dealer agrees to be present, open, and actively participating for all three (3) days of the event during all posted show hours.
  Failure to attend, open late, close early, or participate in the full duration of the event shall be considered a breach of this agreement and may result in removal from the event without refund and exclusion from future events.

   

• ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.  By completing online registration, dealer acknowledges and agrees that no refunds, credits, chargebacks, or transfers will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Dealer’s inability or failure to attend or participate in all three days of the event;

  • Illness, emergencies, travel delays, or scheduling conflicts;

  • Failure to appear, early departure, or partial participation;

  • Removal for violation of event rules;

  • Cancellation, postponement, or modification of the event for any reason.

• Promoter reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or modify the event at its sole discretion due to circumstances including, but not limited to, acts of God, venue issues, government orders, force majeure events, or insufficient attendance.  Dealer expressly waives any right to refunds, credits, damages, or compensation in the event of such cancellation or modification.

• Dealer agrees not to initiate a chargeback for circumstances covered by and consistent with this cancellation and refund policy. Any improper or fraudulent chargeback may result in exclusion from future events and recovery of applicable fees and costs to the extent permitted by law.

• Dealer agrees to comply with all event rules, venue policies, and applicable laws. Promoter reserves the right to deny entry to or remove any dealer for misconduct, prohibited merchandise, or rule violations, without refund.

• Dealer assumes all risks related to participation in the event, including loss, theft, or damage to merchandise or personal property. Promoter and venue shall not be liable for any such losses or injuries.

• By checking the acceptance box and completing payment, Dealer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this agreement. This electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding signature.
