Southern Harvest Feast is an experience-based dinner celebrating the flavors, traditions, and abundance of the Southern harvest. Inspired by the changing seasons and the spirit of communal dining, this evening showcases a thoughtfully curated menu built around peak seasonal ingredients sourced at their freshest.
Guests will enjoy a multi-course meal that highlights Southern culinary roots—reimagined with care, creativity, and respect for the ingredients. As the table fills, stories of the harvest, regional influences, and time-honored techniques weave through the evening, creating an experience that feels both grounded and celebratory.
This is more than a dinner—it’s a moment to slow down, connect, and honor the land, the season, and the people gathered around the table.
Please note: This is an experience-based event rather than a hands-on cooking class. The menu will be announced closer to the event date to allow our chefs to curate each course around the best seasonal produce available.

What To Expect
- Instructor: No Thyme To Cook Lead Chef Instructor
- Length: Approximately 3 hours.
- Format: Experience: This is not a Hands-On Class. The Chef cooks the meal while you sit back and enjoy. Come with friends or family, mingle at your table, enjoy beverages, and relax in this restaurant-style evening.
- Location: Second floor: Please note our second floor is ONLY accessible via stairs.
- Restrictions: Ages 16 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
All students will receive 10% off any scheduled public class(es) purchased that evening.
Experience Options
- General Admission: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class to enjoy cocktail hour at NTTC's fully-stocked bar.
- Allergies: We will attempt to accommodate any true medical allergy with advance notice. Please indicate allergies when completing ticket purchase.
